PSI announces the addition of Christine Cilli as a business development manager in its Pittsburgh office. Christine is a member of SMPS Pittsburgh. An independent engineering testing firm headquartered in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, with 125 office in North America, PSI (www.psiusa.com) provides a wide range of environmental engineering and testing services, including environmental consulting, geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and engineering, industrial hygiene services, facilities and roof consulting, and specialty engineering and testing services. |
Hanson Professional Services recently promoted Joan Freitag to vice president as part of the company’s newly aligned, market-focused organizational structure. A member of SMPS St. Louis, Joan has served as business development manager and director of marketing for Hanson since 1990. Hanson (www.hanson-inc.com) is a national employee-owned consulting firm providing architectural, engineering, and management services from its headquarters in Springfield, IL, and 14 offices nationwide.
Peter Kienle, FSMPS, CPSM, has joined McKim & Creed as the chief marketing officer. Pete is the President-Elect of SMPS National and a member of SMPS Research Triangle. McKim & Creed (www.mckimcreed.com) provides engineering and surveying services to public- and private-sector clients via offices throughout the Southeast.
Laura Schauer recently joined the David Evans and Associates Inc. (DEA) Portland office as a marketing manager. She is a member of SMPS Oregon. DEA's staff includes professional engineers, surveyors, planners, landscape architects, natural resources scientists, and specialists in real estate/right-of-way, transportation, land development, water resources, and energy projects. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the architectural profession and to the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Jean Valence, FSMPS, of Symmes Maini & McKee Associates/SMMA was named an honorary member of the AIA. Jean is a principal and vice president of the Cambridge, MA-based design firm SMMA and a member of SMPS Boston. An architectural, engineering, interior design, and planning firm, SMMA (www.smma.com) designs places and spaces for leading corporations and institutions.
