Business Developer / Marketing Manager, Philadelphia, PA

We currently have an opportunity for a Business Developer / Marketing Manager to work in a client-focused environment. Business development, public relations and proposal preparation will be the main responsibilities of this position.

 

Including:

Cultivate new opportunities for the firm though direct marketing and by visiting prospective and existing clients. Manage the firm's overall business development efforts and assist management in enhancing current client relationships. Assist managers in the development and implementation of their one-year business development plans. Formulate strategy to gain market share, identify clients' needs, and produce winning proposals.

 

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience in the engineering design/professional service sales and marketing field. Bachelor's degree required. Excellent relationship-building skills and negotiation skills. Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field plus 3-5 years of solid work experience. Knowledge of healthcare and higher education markets preferred. Profiency in InDesign, Word and PowerPoint essential. Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Excel. Knowledge of proprietary Deltek CRM software a plus. Knowledge of SF330 development helpful.

Proposal Manager, Irvine, CA

Proposal Managers, Nationally

Seeking organized, "take charge" marketing professionals, experienced in managing and preparing proposals/qualifications, including SF254/255/330s, and developing multimedia presentations. Successful candidates must have excellent writing and editing skills as well as keen attention to details. Requirements include a college degree  preferably in English or liberal arts  and 5+ years of similar experience in the architecture/engineering/planning/construction environment. Qualified candidates should be able to manage multiple assignments under deadline pressure and, when necessary to meet deadlines, be willing to work overtime.
