Lori Chicoyne has joined Edwards and Kelcey (EK)as Regional Marketing Director. With over 10 years' experience in the engineering industry, Lori will be responsible for overseeing the marketing and business development efforts for the firm's New England region. Currently, she serves as President of the Boston Chapter. With regional offices in Boston, MA; Manchester, NH; and Providence, RI, Edwards and Kelcey provides engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management services. The firm teams with public and private clients in facilities, commercial, rail transit, highway, bridge, airport, communications, and federal projects. Kevin Hebblethwaite, CPSM, has been promoted to Director of Client Development at EDI, Ltd., in Atlanta, GA. As a member of the firm's management team, Kevin will lead business development and client retention activities. EDI, Ltd. (www.ediltd.com), is a leading technology consulting firm providing design and advisory services for communications, security, and audio-visual systems that help clients maximize their investment in technology. EDI's clients include architects, program managers, developers, hospitals, corporations, academic institutions, and government agencies throughout the United States. Kevin is currently President of SMPS Georgia.

Woodard & Curran is pleased to announce that Althea Masterson has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing. Althea manages the firm's marketing department and has more than 20 years of experience as a marketing manager in the environmental consulting industry, 13 of which have been at Woodard & Curran. She is a member of SMPS Maine. Celebrating its 25th anniversary, Woodard & Curran (www.woodardcurran.com) ranks 86th among the nation's top 200 environmental firms. Founded as a 10-person office in 1979, the firm has grown to a staff of 450 in offices in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Connecticut, and Florida. ATC Associates Inc. announces that David B. McNerney P.G., CPSM, has joined the company as Manager of Business Development. He will be covering Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and South-Central New Jersey, based out of the Plymouth Meeting, PA, office. Dave is the current President of SMPS Philadelphia. M+O+A ARCHITECTURAL PARTNERSHIP announces the promotion of Jodi Ross, SDA, to Business Development Manager in its Denver office. Jodi  has also been named Associate. Jodi started with M+O+A in 2000 and has worked in the positions of Office Administrator and Business Development Coordinator. She is an active member of SMPS Colorado, serving on the Programs Committee. Georgia Kouvaras, Business Development Representative for Burt Hill Kosar Rittelmann in Butler, PA, announces the firm was ranked #18 in the Architects/Engineers category of Building Design & Construction Magazine's "Design/Construct 300" (July 2004). The magazine ranks 300 firms in the design, engineering, and construction disciplines based on the firms' previous year's billings. GRG Consulting Engineers, Inc., is pleased to announce that Carrie L. Heinrich received the Rising Star award from the SMPS Central Florida Chapter.
