Lori Chicoyne has joined Edwards and Kelcey (EK)as Regional Marketing Director. With over 10 years' experience in the engineering industry, Lori will be responsible for overseeing the marketing and business development efforts for the firm's New England region. Currently, she serves as President of the Boston Chapter. With regional offices in Boston, MA; Manchester, NH; and Providence, RI, Edwards and Kelcey provides engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management services. The firm teams with public and private clients in facilities, commercial, rail transit, highway, bridge, airport, communications, and federal projects. Kevin Hebblethwaite, CPSM, has been promoted to Director of Client Development at EDI, Ltd., in Atlanta, GA. As a member of the firm's management team, Kevin will lead business development and client retention activities. EDI, Ltd. Woodard & Curran is pleased to announce that Althea Masterson has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing. Althea manages the firm's marketing department and has more than 20 years of experience as a marketing manager in the environmental consulting industry, 13 of which have been at Woodard & Curran.
